The idea for this project was to write a short story that utilises a key prop, then we would have to make that prop. My idea was a darker spin on the story of the abusive step mother, except when she meets her violent end, she contiues to curse her daughter by magically binding her hands to a doll that looks horrifically like the step mother in her dying moments.
